The energy is electrifying. Our most popular group training class ever, Ride will teach you to learn to love the burn as your wheels turn. The Grid

The Grid. 6 moves. 30 minutes. 500 calories. The ultimate group training experience is here. Forget what you thought you knew about exercise. The Grid takes 6 core moves - push, pull, lunge, twist, bend, squat - and turns them into an intense cardio and strength training session that’ll will teach you to move the tough way. Virgin Active classes like the Grid strengthen your core muscles to help with critical cycling movements to improve cycling efficiencies and prevent yourself against injuries.
